What is CoachFit 3D?
CoachFit 3D is a mixed-reality fitness app for Apple Vision Pro. Instead of watching a small workout video on a flat screen, the app places a life-size 3D coach in the user's space to demonstrate movements and guide a workout.
Hand tracking turns movement into input
Vision Pro can track the user's hands and body movement, allowing CoachFit 3D to count reps without a handheld controller. The app can also provide form cues while a workout is happening, which makes the spatial interface part of the exercise rather than just a way to display a video.
A large exercise library
The app is built around a library of more than 1,000 exercises covering areas such as strength, cardio, mobility and yoga. Different coach personas and workout styles help make the experience feel less like replaying the same lesson.
Train in your room or an immersive environment
Users can keep the real room visible through passthrough or move the session into themed environments such as a beach, mountain, forest, rooftop, city or space setting. Spatial computing can turn the environment itself into part of the motivation to train.
Private and device-focused
CoachFit 3D is designed to work offline without requiring an account, with workout information kept on device. Apple Health integration can still provide a place for completed activity to contribute to the user's broader fitness record.
